Watford Junction

Our phase one project with Network Rail and Watford Borough Council is now nearing completion.

Kingshott Holdings will provide Watford Junction Station with a brand new ticket hall, eliminating the uncomfortable levels of congestion currently faced by Watford commuters.

Our cutting-edge architectural design includes a waiting lounge on the second floor, improved access from Station Approach and works in tandem with a host of aesthetic and practical improvements to the public realm. Our phase two plans are well advanced, with redevelopment of the bus terminus and sorely needed additional parking in the busy centre standing alongside exciting new retail and residential developments, potentially creating hundreds of local employment opportunities in the process.

The proposed new build, situated on Woodford Road, will provide 700 new homes. A high percentage of these will be affordable homes, as we consider this to be our responsibility to the local community.
